Q. Are your cookies handmade?
A. Our cookies are handmade from scratch, starting with the mixing of the dough to baking to hand decorating each individual cookie. Every order is baked fresh!!

Q. How many cookies should I buy if I am having x amount of people?
A. The catering rule of thumb is 2-3 cookies per person, depending on what other desserts are being served. If it’s our cookies only, then error on the high side; if our cookies are in addition to cake and/or other desserts error on the low side.

Q. Why are the decorated cookies so expensive?
A. Each cookie is hand-iced, with the utmost care and attention to detail. These are not only delicious sugar cookies but beautiful works of art! This process is quite labor intensive and therefore constitutes a higher price than ordinary cookies.

Q. Do we make cookie bouquets?
A. Yes. Cookie Bouquets can be picked up or hand delivered to local areas. We do ship Cookie Bouquets. Please contact us for cookie bouquet sizes and pricing.

Q. How are cookie platters delivered?
A. We hand deliver cookie platters to local areas only. We will ship customers the cookies and they can put them on their own platter. Customers can also pick up their cookie platters.

A. No. We do not recommend shipping cakes. Cakes are hand delivered to local areas only. Customers can also pick up their cakes.

Q. Do I pay for my cookies when they arrive?
A. No, payment for cookies and cakes is required BEFORE we start baking. We require a minimum of 50% deposit upon order confirmation and the balance is due the week of delivery/shipping. There is NO exception to this policy. We accept payments by cash, check or credit card. Credit card, debit cards and e-checks are processed on-line through PayPal's secure site. A PayPal account is not required. Please note that if payment is made with an e-check, your order will not ship until payment is cleared. For custom cookie orders, work on your order may not begin until payment has cleared.

Q Is it possible to receive a sample cookie before ordering?
A. Yes, we will gladly ship you a “Cookie Sampler” which is 2 cookies that is produced as an extra from an order currently in production. Cookie samples cannot be customized. The cost for a cookie sample is $20.00. Once payment is received for the sample, it will be sent to you via U.S. Priority Mail.
