Shipping Information

Tasty Cookie Creations takes as much care in the shipment of our cookies as we do in baking them. We offer UPS Nationwide service with the following options: Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day, and Overnight (Saturdays excluded). The United States Post Office does deliver Saturday packages at no additional charge. While we pack and ship your order to arrive on the date you choose, your package that is SHIPPED GROUND DELIVERY may arrive one or two days either before or after your chosen date. Confirming the exact time of delivery for ground shipments is beyond our control. UPS cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for ground shipments.

Please note that we cannot deliver any package to APO/PO addresses. When shipping to a company or office building, you must include a suite number or floor number. Shipping rates are determined on the weight and size of your order.

PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT OR CELEBRATION

Under normal conditions, every effort is made to have your order arrive on the date you request. Please understand delays outside our control also occur to the following:

• Weather
• Product Availability
• Holiday Season Rush
• Rural area restraints
• No response by the recipient
• Incorrect address information provided
• Invalid delivery date entered
• Other conditions outside our control

Hand delivery is available to most zip codes on Saturdays. Sunday and holidays are excluded. Delivery charges range from $5.00 – $25.00.

Remember that our hand decorated sugar cookies must dry overnight before they can be wrapped for shipping.

Breakage:
Our cookies are packed using bubble wrap and/or packing peanuts to protect the cookies from breaking. If any of your cookies arrive completely broken, the damage must be reported to Tasty Cookie Creations within 1 day of receipt to be considered for credit. Only cookies that are completely broken will be credited once we receive the broken cookie back. Tasty Cookie Creations is not responsible for any defects in the appearance of our cookies that may occur during transport or minor breakage.
